Patty amd I had a brilliant day yesterday. Then I got the worst migraine I've ever had (way out of order -- waves of nausea, then fine, the the actual head pain and light sensitivity a few hours later) -- it scared the shit out of me, I don't remember lots of it, and although I seem to be okay now, I'm moving around very cautiously, while Patty's still asleep as she was up very late.

I deeply sympathize. Are you taking anything for them? Relpax has been working okay for me. And yeah, that day after isn't too fun. The pain's gone, but you feel weak and shaky.

I've got a doctor's appointment Thursday because my migraines have become more frequent. The last really bad one coincided with my annual gyn appt, and the gynecologist told me to see my pcp about getting something preventative.
