This was posted for the specific reason for you to explain what part of that dialog you consider abrupt and hostile? If you are going to post a review about a company please qualify your review by explaining what you consider to be abrupt, hostile or rude about the support your received from the tickets that you opened in our help desk? We apologize if this posting offends you.
It is not our intention to violate any ones privacy. There is no personal or account access information posted other than the actual dialog between you and our support member. However with so many posted reviews of companies that may be true, not true, and or greatly exaggerated in nature, there are always two sides and we do not see any dialog from our support person that would lead me to believe that you were treated hostile. In fact what we do see are your tickets being answered accurately and professionally.
Once again we apologize but do feel that if you are going to post on a public Internet forum that a company is abrupt and hostile in their communications with you then both sides of the dialog should be addressed and viewed publicly as well to qualify / defend both sides of a posted review of service. Normally dialog would not be posted outside of our help desk but when you post something publicly about a companies character and or file a complaint then transcripts can and will be made public via postal mail or Internet in response to consumer complaints as well as in a public forum in which the business relationship and dealings have been made public.
