i am in a stripclub with Writercon people. They said burlesque but no this is lapdances and bad 80s rock. so i'm sitting here in a suit spitting out torchwood fic bunnies. The strippers can't dance but now they are stripping to The Who.

The strip club was definitely anti-climactic. The Bettie Page look alike had merits, and was a serious fangirl, so we paid for a lap dance and basically she sat there with her shirt off talking about her dissertation. It was a wholly surreal experience.

On the other hand, your suit was made of yay.

I'm so glad I'm not the only person who went...

a) The Who for the win. Feather duster used as bizarre spanking paddle? No. Just no.
