Were you a Firefly fan when the show actually aired? Were you still in the fandom when Serenity came out? If so, I need to pick your brain, fairly briefly, about fan reactions to Wash's death, because I need to know sorta what went on in the fandom as support or a counterpoint to an abstract I'm working up. Comment below if I can bug you on this. Thanks. Okay, I think I'm covered, but if you volunteered I may be PM'ing you at a later date.

Are you going to be at Dragon*Con? Do you still need to get a copy of The Book of Harry Potter Trifles, Trivias and Particularities? If so, let me know. $12 each, payable there or via Paypal before the con. I will inscribe it awesomely, of course. I will not have extra copies with me, so if you want one, you need to let me know. YAY.

I've just plagued many many people, but maybe have a follow-up question for you depending on what they tell me. Thank you for volunteering.

Meanwhile, remind me re: book next time we're likely to run into each other, as that actually manages to happen from time to time!

With senora_gem about to hit her 1st birthday, we may start more travel soon.

We will be in NY twice in the next two months (start September, end October). So that may be a chance to get the book. For the September visit we'll be near midtown. giraffeaholic and senora_gem will be in for a week in October/November.

And giraffeaholic loves those dresses. I may need to get one of them for her. Especially ones that have a '40s vibe, due to my lindy hop/swing dancing. :)
