ETA: I missed, until just now, the part where good ol' Ogi says it's okay for him to use the word "tranny" because that's what people who love trans individuals call said individuals in the adult entertainment industry.
So I just had to write a rant about sex work.

Date: 2009-09-01 11:47 pm (UTC)I haven't been following all this very much, but I'm sure someone has mentioned how female desire is ignored and trivialized. So possibly lesbian porn doesn't make people freak out because it's about women performing for a male audience, and it does freak people out to think about women being interested in two men having sex because people freak out when women enjoy sex. I am sure more than one person must have said something along those lines before.

Date: 2009-09-01 11:57 pm (UTC)This is perhaps why it's hard to find lesbian-produced f/f porn as opposed to the stuff produced to match up with straight male fantasies?
But it can't be worth explaining his fail to this guy.

Date: 2009-09-02 03:10 am (UTC)A "late night" HBO documentary did manage to find a company that made f/f pitched at the lesbian/female market, but yes, the impression was that it was fairly exceptional.
