Ditto. But I have fucking Barbie feet - 91/2 extra narrow, high arch, toes come to a damn point. And even then I don't know about their "regular" shoes; I have an antique pair of their lace-up boots, but lacing compensates some for narrow.

Usually by the time I stuff the necessary two layers of padding and arch support and orthotics in, I no longer have extra narrow feet; but I haven't tried their "real" shoes on in ages. I have an old pair of the lace-up Angel boots, and the laces don't quite meet in the middle for once.

I also have to try Fluevogs on, and just recently learned that they will stretch the calves for you so boots fit. I have resigned myself to never having spending money again. But I'll have some lovely boots.

I really, really try not to let the people in my head go shopping. I've at least come to an agreement that they cannot buy stuff in colors or fits I cannot wear at all well, but... let's just say I am deliberately avoiding writing any clotheshorse characters for some time to come.

On the good side, I just inherited my dad's tie collection. I have to find the perfect place to wear the tie with a little pig pattern and the initials MCP (male chauvinist pig). OR the one that says in tiny print DO NOT FEED, in French.
