Ha, I love the whole thought process behind that. They had to stick the spike *somewhere*, it must have been kind of like, well, does it go on the nose? Um, probably. Iguanodon is an awesome illustration of how our ideas about dinosaurs have adapted and developed over the years - even since we've known it was a biped, it's changed from this hulking tail-dragging thing into this active, dynamic animal.
