You know what I am sick of? The periodic stories on the murders that actually do happen in Manhattan (NYC is the safest big city in America) that essentially say but nice white people live here now, how could there be murder? It drives me mad, and makes my city look worse, I think than the occassional bit of inevitable violent crime.
I have started my Yuletide story, although at the moment I don't like it much.
I've not left the house today, which was a little bit stupid. I did do a great deal of work from home, but could have done more if I'd gone into the office.
I am currently staring at ConSweet which is relatively high on the list of things I want to be working on but not at the top of the current priority list.
Sure, there's lots of great products for people with celiac-disease out there, but this is the sort of paranoia I have to live with about it. Every time I try something new, I have to try it with the expectation I might get really sick.
That's shocking about the bread! No wonder I have friends who insist on doing their own baking, as if it isn't difficult enough!
Yay bees! I wasn't aware there was a ban on keeping bees though (and I've thought it romantic notion since Pushing Daisies ;) I'm in a suburban area where there are still bee keepers, I feel so lucky to get fresh honey, I even have a friend who I can buy fresh eggs from )
