Yeah, I can't speak for other nations, but a bunch of drunk English guys given FREE NOISE MAKING MACHINES. Oh my god. The South African fans might be have a better sense of etiquette about when and how to use them, since they don't find them such a novelty, but the English... FREE NOISE.
