What's interesting to me is that knowing you, I heard a lot of this story in your social voice. Hearing it again in your essay voice is interesting because it's still the same story, and has many of the same grace notes, but the tone is different. Not bad different. Just reading it to the congregation v. shouting it in a nightclub different.
Yeah, and it's not my finest work in the essay voice, but it's been a hard week and mostly I wanted to just Get Things Moving. If you feel inspired to comment over there on any of the posts, please do though, as getting discussion going is important.
