I really hope it remains unrelated to the topic! And I hope you are getting enough sleep. I don't know what your job is but it sounds like it's been hopping since the year started. So many chaotic things this year....

Believe me, I sympathize. I've participated in enough conversations about intense issues that I now sometimes wish I could undo it all. Part of the LfT thign for me is about finding a new way to do it.

And thank you. I'm a media analyst for an international firm, so my life has been pretty much miserable since this year began because the major events have been So Major and So Constant.
