An incredible show last night. Great energy from the cast, and as far as my director was concerned, I called it perfectly. Personally, I thought one of the fades could have been a lot more graceful and we have to redo the levels again tonight because it wasn't qiute loud enough with an audience absorbing sound, but otherwise all good.

It was one of our actors' birthdays last night, so there was a lot of drinking and socializing afterwards, which was really nice, although with the theater having a bar and cafe in front, it's a bit like that every night.

I don't think anyone I know is coming until Saturday at the earliest, which is fine, but it feels a little strange because everyone else in the show has had lots of visitors and stuff.

Thanks for the heads up folks about my email not going out -- I was worried about that, and now I know I can resend without being a total idiot.

Anyway, today is our real, honest to goodness opening night.
