I never post crap like this... but apparently some service called Greenzap is launching to compete with Paypal, and they are starting everyone who pre-registers account off with $25 that yes, is real money that you can actually spend, once the site launches on June 1. And of course, there's money in it for getting more people to sign up.

They don't ask anything egregious on the sign-up form, and I suppose it's cheaper than an actual marketing budget.
