If you need another ear, I'd be happy to be one -- depending on how you're thinking about her, she may be similar to a mother that one of my characters has -- from what little I know about Blaine, he has a similar sort of upbringing, anyway.
I'm always up for Blaine meta/spec, but I do this constant redefining of him in my head these days until I reconcile some old canon with new canon - I think I need to write for the pairing again, and really put some solid effort into the story - so I can't guarantee I'll be any kind of quality. I will probably write an essay in response to any thoughts you have anyway, though.
