rmDespite getting not enough sleep yesterday, things are not bad.
Held to my resolve and actually worked out last night. Does wonders for the posture.
Found a website by accident about making chainmail and that's obsessing me now (hello, if there was ever something appropriate for the long hours of background boredom this is it... also, I AM A GEEK).
Slept on my hair wet, and it's sort of offensively curly now, and I'm painfully amused enough that I'm going to let it be for the day.
My Republicans for Voldemort t-shirt arrived. Let's see who tries to fight with me on the subway.
Today's BPAL scent is The Apothocary.
Had a funny web conversation that yielded things that aren't funny to anyone but me. I keep chuckling over one particularly innocuous line.

despite the gothity goth goth nature of a lot of their product names, BEST PERFUME EVER. All vegan, all hand blended, and many of the scents very intelligent and unusual.

They do a thing -- 6 samples for $15, and they generally throw in another two for free.
That's currently what I'm going though... and of the 8 I've gotten, I think I might be ordering as many as 6.

Date: 2004-07-24 07:45 am (UTC)I'm happy to note that chainmail does not require a forge of any sort. If you have the appropriate tools, you can make your own links and sorta do your own weaving (not sure what the appropriate term may be.)
It is however, extremely tedious. Wasn't sure how bored you were..but...
