I'm awake, and I feel okay. I'm not going to go to work today, because I have an audition at three and I got up late. Saturdays are very catch as catch can anyway and I don't think anyone will really notice my absence anyway.

I'll be in Monday, I'll take Tuesday as a vacation day (I'm trying to schedule an audition for that morning I've a riding lesson in the afternoon) and then life will just return to normal.

Meanwhile, my passport is burning a hole in a my pocket I feel like I have to go on a trip somewhere or at least get carded at a club like, right now. It's all very silly. _Maybe_ I'll go out tonight. What I really should be doing is working on my little essay for NIDA (oh my god, can you hear all the comical fake drafts?) And I should call my parents at some point and tell them about Germany. And catch up on my Netflix viewing.

There was a part of me that had thought about getting the fabric to start my Regency dress today, but at the moment I'm feeling a bit too blah for that level of concentration, so we'll see.

My audition is at Atlantic. This is making me marginally tense, which is also stupid. At least I know where I am going.

Maybe Skycaptain and the World of Tomorrow tonight. Also, trying to cajole Kat into cajoling others into Regency card games (mainly because I'm damn well playing cards at the Assembly, and I damn well don't play cards without playing to win, and as such I must practice. Also, it will be funny.).

I envy you all this Regency stuff. Wish I could play cards with you! I adore Regency (I'm shamefully addicted to Georgette Heyer), but the scene around here is small and lame and rather eaten up by the Dickens period people instead. Sigh.
