Read it. Follow the links. Notice I was stupid and got into it with the sort of person that makes my blood boil. Really, really really REALLY must work on leaving well enough alone.

While that's a little extreme, when I read things like this I have a moment of anger that makes me agree with the idea.
Being male of the species, it's not exactly my territory to say, but I think that we as a collective country have done enough damage to the reproductive rights of women in the name of lightly veiled religous beliefs.
I also believe that going forward all laws proposed should be put up for review to see if they comply with the seperation of church and state.
I had my first taste of hate for this kind of thing when I was in my 20's , and dating a woman who had a 3 generation history of ovarian cancer. She had regular checkups every six months, and in order to do it on the cheap she went to the a local clinic. Sadly the clinic also performed abortions , thus most every time we went there were people shoving papers in the car windows, and screaming at us.
Now I'm in my 30's and it's not much better. I'm armed with my vote though, and it may sound against the grain, but we as a people should not vote away the individuals rights towards their own body based on religous fervor.
Least we forget , this country was founded by people who wanted to escape religious tyrany.
