Ate a little bit of chicken and half a roll. Feel really weak/dizzy/tired which is probably from not eating.

It's frigid here today, so much so that I couldn't talk properly when I got into work because the cold had made my face too numb to work properly.

I'm thinking I should not ride tomorrow, between the weather and my state of being.

Random aside: I know I'm the last person to figure this out, but holy hell is the guy who plays Faramir hot.

Do I have to get all Jewish mother on your ass? I won't get you soup from Katz's or anything, but jeebus. It's FRIGID out there.

And just to make your day even better, the ConED building on 14th may have just done something weird (Rich called me and there's something going on in that area involving smoke, which happens all the time so there's probably no reason to worry) so we may not have heat! Whee!!

On the upside though, David Whenam is so goddamn pretty.

Christ. I know there was an explosion there a couple of weeks ago -- not again -- I mean, I really, really don't want our pipes to freeze. If the heat goes out, we clean the apartment tonight (i.e., get everything off the floor that can be got), because this is my childhood paranoia come to life.

Good call. I'm home right after work tonight, so I can do the bulk of that (you're still sick). I think our building has emergency backup things to keep the pipes from busting (nothing burst when this happened my first year in the apartment) but we're always better safe than sorry.
