Okay, so it seems LUSH has discontinued my bath bomb of choice in the States (and England). Since it's called Uluru here, on a whim I went to see if they still have it on the Austrlian site. Sure enough they do -- but there it's called Ayer's Rock, and let me tell you, that's just fucked. I mean, I'd grok it if it was called that outside of Australia because more people know "Ayer's Rock" than "Uluru" but to call it Uluru outside of Australia and Ayer's Rock within, when presumeably people in Australia are actually the ones who give a shit about that particular geographical/racial/political naming issue.... oi.

What's that smell? oh? focus group evil? gotcha.

I'm guessing there was a competing bath product in Australia already named Uluru.

AFAIK, Lush Australia never discontinues anything. They're still selling Sicilians, too.
