nyc chiropractor rec?

rmI'm apparently out of alignment, and considering how my back feels, and the way I sit at my desk job at the amount of physical labour at my second job, and all that artsy writhing around or whatever this makes sense.
I've never been to a chiropractor, and I don't have insurance. Any New Yorkers with a rec? How much should I expect it to cost?

when you see her, it's almost never for just a "chiropractic adjustment". you usually get the electrical stimulation (if needed) as well as a full deep tissue massage first.
if you have bad knots or really tightly bound muscles, that electrical stim is a life saver.
