So I'm sick.

I don't think it's going to get any worse than it is right now, but I'm stuffy, tired and slightly feverish.

I'm also vaguely alarmed. I rarely get sick, except I was sick two months ago as well. Now, obviously, this has to do with my schedule (that happened after extreme exertion as well), the amount of sleep I get, stress, my ability to eat well (but I do pretty well these days) and my exposure to germs right now, but I have to keep talking myself down about the whole thing.

I agree on the vitamins, although C is also useful for the run-down. A packet of Emergen-C or equivalent per day, especially in sickness seasons, is a good thing.
