Hi. It's that conservative guy out in Arizona again. (I asked for a definition of "Chelsea Boy" many months ago.) :-)

Those FEMA camps have been around for a good long time. Conservatives and Libertarians have been hollering about these since the early 90's. No one really listened-- after all, only right wing nutjobs would compare government sponsored disaster camps to Hitler's work camps...

In so many cases, folks to the left of center are repeating what folks to the right of center said throughout the Clinton regime. In the end, both men were and are a danger to the Constitution and to our Rights. Yet the majority of Americans allowed them to continue their foolery for two terms.

In fairness, neither Slick Willy nor Dubya share complete responsibility. It goes back even earlier. Did you know that JFK signed Executive Order 11000 which allows for American Citizens to be pressed into work brigades during times of emergency? Other wonderful JFK-issued Executive Orders include:

10990: Allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

10995: Allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

10997: Allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

10998: Allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

10999: Allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

11004: Allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate
communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be
abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

Google away-- just type in "Executive Order numberfromabovehere" and start reading.

It's never been your country, nor has it ever been my country. If the government so desires:

They can take your car;
They can force you to work as they see fit;
They can take over the media;
They can control your supply of energy;
They can control your food availability;
They can redesign and rebuild a city as they see fit.

Compare these powers to some of the things you've read about in the papers, viewed on TV/internet, and heard about on the radio as of late........

Anyhow, digest for a bit. The far left and the far right have more in common than either side wants to admit-- they're both canaries in the coal mines warning of encroachment of rights.

Too bad no one is really listening. :-(
