Sep. 9th, 2005 10:14 amIs anyone else following this on MSNBC's blog? It's a feel good Katrina cat story.

The postings on this go back several days. Basically guy spends three days standing on a chair holding his cat to survive the flood. When he is rescued, he can't take her with him. MSNBC goes back with animal rescuers to get the cat, which they can't find, but they set a trap for her. The next day they've got her, but when they go to find the guy to reunite them, he's been taken to the hospital with a sudden emergency and the HIPAA laws mean they can't find him. So a plea is issued on the blog, and now the cat and its person are set to be reunited.
