The archive of last night's show is now online. Go to the site, click Video Vault and then choose the most recent program listed.

I was _nervous_ and sort of sounded like an idiot in the soapbox segment, but was pretty good at the roundtable I thought. I've got that thing with my eyes darting back and forth when I'm on camera under control, but I'l still bobbing my head like an idiot. But would love to hear your feedback. and please vote for me! Tonight's program runs live on the site at 7pm, and will be archived again tomorrow.

Thanks!

p.s. - I hate my nose in profile. A lot. So of course I get shot in profile the whole damn time.

I just watched (and voted) and thought you came over very well. You were certainly patient with Mr Military Tribunal when he was so insistent on talking down any opposing opinion. You were clear and concise, and you came over a lot better on the soapbox segment than your comments in this post suggest that you think ;O)

That was actually a very interesting show. And your nose is perfectly okay in profile *grin*

Thank you. Honestly, it was often hardest for me to be patient with the moderator (especially on the Grokster issue), which is probably a character flaw, but there it is.

I'm have to say, you come across as the only clueful person there. I kept flopping back and forth between wanting to stuff a sock in Ismael , and locking Rani in a room with every news story of the past 5 years so she has some kind of idea what has been happening.

It struck me as they were presenting popular opinions , and you were presenting factual information to back up everything you say.

How many of these people were ALIVE when the betamax decision was issued?

One thing I would add , the moderator said " you dont go into barnes & noble and steal a book " but it's common place in NYC for people to go into a bookstore, take a book off the shelf and sit in the cafe and read/take notes / study and then just put it back.

I think you should get recognized for best dressed on the program as well.

I am the oldest panelist I think. I suspect the moderator is about my age, but I was really irritated by her lackof understanding of the Grokster issue and basically telling me I was wrong solely because she was a moderator in over her head.

I'm wearing somethign really orange tonight, I hope it doesn't look ugly. I'm still trying to find all my clothes.

if you haven't, please register and vote (not jsut for me, but for the stories covered tonight -- I'd like us ot actually hit on some interesting stuff this time).

I did - on both counts. They should have some better indication that a vote has been registered other than just flashing the color around the name a bit.

I want to see the FCC / VOIP story done.

They all seemed to be in over their head on the grokster story. Makes me wish I was around NYC to be on this.

Girl, I totally love you.

I'm watching you kick such verbal ass now, it's amazing.

Can't wait to see you tonight on the program!
