Some of you may remember that when I got paid for FUR, my name was spelled wrong on the check, and everyone said it wouldn't matter.

Well, SAG has no record of me having worked on it; I can't find the paperwork because I just moved, and this is bad. I mean, the good news is I've got two waivers for the last two days, so once those paychecks come, I can join anyway because of Third Watch, but I hate that this day of work has gone into the void as it were.

I just spent a lot of time on the phone to get the paperwork sorted out on Third Watch (I lost my paystub), so that should be good now, so I will be able to join once this stuff from Across the Universe comes in the mail, but _stressful_. I can't decide if I should even try to track down the FUR drama, since I don't think it matters for anything now.

That really is a completely sucky situation . . .

But all that comes to mind is "So really . . Nicole Kidman saw my naked ass and all I got was this lousy T-shirt" .

I'm sorry though, that bites. I'd say see if you're able to take on the FUR stuff in a couple of days when you've gotten something like some real sleep (BWA!!), they should be able to track something down with your SSN. Or, you know, fug it.

Yeah. Like I called them to set up my joining appointment and they were all, "you only have one waiver!" and I was like "I have four!" *cry*. And clearly, I'm a valley girl!

But it's going to be okay now, although I can't do anything until the AtU paychecks come. And i figure I'll only fight the FUR battle if it counts towards my healthcare and pension elligibility, otherwise it's not worth my time.

That is like, the definition of Argh.

It must be so frustrating to be this close and have things break down and delay you a bit, but I have a theory that before any big thing starts these sort of breakdown's always happen. Just ask Kali about the great "getting my paperwork for CUNY" thing...
