That exceeds my low-grade, ongoing experience. Sweet Jesus. My condolences.

At such times, one wishes cats had smooth tongues.

Did they have to bandage her ass? How do they do this anyway?

They shaved and snipped, informed me that everything I see as swollen is dead tissue, and not to be alarmed when chunks of her seem to fall off. She's on antibiotics for two weeks and I have to put hot compresses on her 5 times a day.

Oral antibiotics, I presume? That just adds to the fun!
