This thing with my stomach is really starting to flip me out.
I thought I was better. Apparently not, maybe I just ate real food too soon? Can all of this be from the antibiotics or should I start being worried?

I'd bet anything it's the antibiotics. I just stopped taking mine because my stomach was a wreck. Fuck it.

I took these a week ago saturday -- one big dose, didn't eat yogurt, because I was cocky and stupid. Got really sick Monday, stayed home from work Tuesday, started to get better Wednesday night and made it very carefully through the next several days. Figured a week later it was safe to eat normal food, now I'm a mess again.

mmmm, it is possible. The yogurt, acidophilus might help. But what were you taking it for in the frst place?

What does your roommated mom think it is?

What did you eat/drink right before this all happened? Like the day before

She thinks I have amoebic dyssentary. And the antibiotics were for dental work, I have to take it before any procedure.

I'm thinking it probably is from the antibiotics, even this much later ... but ... another 48 hours of it and you should probably call the dr.

I don't know what kind of stomach bug you have, but the one I had in January was the type you think is over but it keeps comin' back. You just have to wait it out and stay hydrated and stuff. Then again, if it's the antibiotics, your digestive system is probably wrecked anyway even if the virus is gone. Taking acidophilus (at least 3-4 billion cultures) will help a lot without giving you the hit of dairy yogurt does. They have it in fridge cases at Whole Foods. Don't take Pepto Bismol, that stuff is terrible. If the acidophilus doesn't work in like two days, call the doctor again. Or if you're running a fever.

Hope you feel better soon.

Pepto was/is the only thing letting me leave the house -- why shouldn't I take it?

The only danger with Pepto is that it'll block up stuff that's trying to run its course. If your body is still wanting to, uh, eject food, for what it thinks is a very good reason, the Pepto can interfere and prolong things. It really depends on what your issue is.
