I have rice.
I have a fat-free, low-sugar Japanese soup.
I have sugar-free applesauce.
I have fat-free, sugar-free yogurt.

This is war.

Even if the half eaten pecan pie I just discovered in my fridge makes me want to cry.

This might still be Too Much, but when I was sick I could get somewhere with that Odwalla protein drink with soy and almond. That was more when I was on-the-mend but with lingering appetite loss though so it might not help at all.
