Ticketmaster is the devil.

HP reading tickets: $25
Ticketmaster fees: $14.90

Yes, we're going to dress up and be geeks and scare the small children, why do you ask? It occurs to me, that while maybe all nerds can say this, I can particularly say the following: do you really think I'd be as inclined to do this shit if I didn't look the way I do? If it weren't for HP, I'd be a lot more bitter about the fact that my hair actually looks best in the same, stupid, fucking haircut I've always returned to, SINCE I WAS EIGHT.

At any rate, August 1st. Any other NY'ers going and want to terrorize some poor restaurant first? If nothing else we can stroll around Rock Plaza like the freaks we are.

Eactly. There was a $4.30 fee per ticket. Then a fee for using the website, then another fee for our ticket delivery options (which is unavoidable, and I chose the cheapest one, which is getting a PDF of the tickets mailed). I almost never have occassion to deal with them, but this seriously irritated me.

Good. God. A fee for using the website? What next, a surcharge for the paper and ink they pring them with?
