What I should be doing: Work
What I am doing: Yelling at Time Warner and choreographing crap no one will ever see to weird Nordic music because of Descensus universe stuff.

Also, being really irritated with the so-called celiac community. I have to google a lot to see if certain things are safe, and there are always a whole shitload of people enjoying panicing, spouting wrong information and just generally being ignorant about food as well not getting that maybe the reason they felt like shit after drinking vodka wasn't because gluten does survive the distillation process (it doesn't) but because they DRANK TOO MUCH FUCKING VODKA. I hate these people. They also think that it's common for balsamic vinegar to have soy sauce in it.

I do not want to speculate on the taste sensation of soy sauce with balsamic vinegar.

Oh, soy sauce! I try and stay gluten-free generally, because I feel better on it, (although my reactions are no way as severe as yours). Have you come across tamari? It's soy sauce traditionally brewed without added wheatflour and thus gluten-free. You should be able to pick it up easily in China Town-type places. Tastes exactly the same as soy, so good for general cooking.

Yup, I have. I've been eating a lot of sushi through this as it's an obviously safe food. So I have a bottle of the stuff both at home and at work.

Heh. My excited comment was a bit pointless then. I'll try and think of other stuff.

Good luck with it all.

ah, the wonders of chronic illness related communities. The MS communities are also quite special. Everything from people spouting that various dubious treatments are the cure that everyone is looking for to paranoia over every drug used for treatment. And then there is the lecturing over how if you have MS you can never drink, not even a glass of wine, because alcohol is bad!

I just want to slap people and say, be realistic. Listen to your doctors. Educate yourselves. Live your life. and most of all, don't believe crap that you read on the internet about magnetic fields, diet soda, etc causing MS.
