I've figured out that "occasional" income doesn't mess with my benefits, so clearly it's time to make some. Do you have a referral link or code or anything like that which would benefit you?

There you go. And I'm glad you're allowed pocket cash. What a system you have to navigate.

Done - thanks!

I'm not on most of the really income-restrictive programs, thank goodness. The idea of not being allowed to have a savings account or anything like it is just too insane to be worth an extra $50 a month or so I'd get from some of those. And apparently occasional, sporadic or very temporary income below a couple hundred a month doesn't count, and could probably be made to apply to a hypothetical royalty check for a novel sale as well. (I hope. But that can be dealt with later.)

Well that's great news, as far as it goes with this sort of thing. And since AC pays article by article, you don't have to worry about it either from a financial point of view or from how much time and energy you have to pursue it.

Commented! I want to start writing these-decent pay? I think they'd be good writing exercises for me.

P.S. did you see my brokeback island link??
P.P.S. I must run you a tape copy of the HP robot chicken I mentioned
P.P.P.S. I saw a major book 7 spoiler in AM New York! How do I get tix for that reading at Radio City?

1. http://www.associatedcontent.com/join.html?refer=9740 articles range from $3 - $40 when accepted. You'll probably start off under $8, but as your rankings go up you get more money. I average about $10 for stuff it takes me about 20 minutes to pound out.
