Oh, okidoke. Maybe I should call them and make sure so that they don't charge us backrent when they figure out they screwed up. :) Why is it we always get the stoner landlords?

Exactly. Basically, as far as I can tell, it did go up by about $75, but that discount from the "true" rent remains, so we didn't get dinged for that other $300 or whatever. I think it might actually be right, but checking, I agree, is a good idea.
