I feel so stupid about the lightbulbs it's ridiculous. About half the bulbs I thought were burnt out weren't -- I think that breaker has been flipped for weeks. Ah well. Resolved now and lesson learned I suppose.

Work, fencing, and then the crap I didn't get done last night.

At least you've shed light on the subject. Did you feel illuminated when you figured it out?

Oh, seriously? I'm so sorry!

I'm getting some crazy 5-year lightbulbs from a charity (they're made by blind people or something), so at least we don't have to worry about the lightbulbs again.

It's sort of funny now that I'm not feeling like an idiot. Basically, all those kitchen bulbs I was freaking out changing -- they're all fine, and I put the nice ones back in -- I remember when they "burnt out" and I was all "but we just changed those" Oops. I also did the light near the bathroom, so there is light in the living room now, eventhough I couldn't actually physically manage the one in the living room. Luckily, the bodga guy is very nice about his ladder.

Question: are you going to be around tomorrow (I'm not) and I may need to have TWC look at the cable modem (aie). If not, no worries I'll schedule for Saturday or Monday.

And I totally know about the blind people lightbulbs! Weirdly, they are legendary.
