I've been trying to avoid coming to this conclusion for about a month, but I think it's unavoidable at this point. I definitely have the common celiac casein sensitivity. Unlike gluten it doesn't cause me pain and neuro stuff, and I can eat some without it being a disaster, but I have to be careful.

Oh, dang. I'm sorry... that was something that happened to me, on the road to diagnosis. I did (finally) get a good amount of casien and lactose back, after several years of eating correctly.

Lactose is a non issue. It's really just cheese (the sausage I eat is already casein-free), so if I plan my food carefully, I can do it, but I'm not happy.

I avoid that stuff, but I've found that goat and sheep cheeses don't mess with me at all. It's quite nice. Although i do miss pizza
