I was playing it for a while, but couldn't really et into it, and then subsequently haven't ever taken the thing off my LJ< because the thought of digging into the journal code again is always so bloody offputting.
I've been enjoying your accounts of fencing very much. Several years ago - at the Ren Fest I worked at - there was an incident where two of the "royal guards" decided to "practice some sword play" at 7:30 am before morning opening. One of the them lost his eye - an ambulance & blood before 8:00 am is one heck of a way to start the morning in the fall. In any event - I've been hearing stories like this for years - even witnessed a few of them :)! -Mystrys
