rm | Pirates of Penzance

You really must go see this production the New York City Opera. It's hillarious and sort of indescribeable. Like crack!fic really. There was more than one thing we laughed ourselves absolutely sick over (what the hell was that line towards the end of the first act -- help, people who saw it with me). The staging is really, indescribeably brillaint and all totally visible from the $13 seats. I do have to say though, it is really disconcerting having sur-titles on something in English.

I should do this sort of thing more often.
