Over that is the outwer robe, which you see has that satin trim on the sleevves. Over that, seems to be something made out of somewhat "natural" (can still see tail-like structure) fur in the style of an academics robe, but only to create the fur drape -- I don't think its' a full garment, more like an outer vest thing, again long.
