They reflect, I think, an improvement in the situation and clarity about it. But I still have concerns in part because someone has to attempt to be some sort of ombudsman here, and I've nominated myself apparently.

Date: 2007-06-21 05:34 am (UTC)I used to do this sort of shit for a living ( abuse enforcement stuff on the net, that is), and I know way too much about where LJ has gone wrong on Abuse and ToS enforcement and law enforcement issues. If I pay too much attention, I might explode as a result of my frustration at the stupidity and flailing.
Can we start a fundraiser for them to hire a real Internet legal counsel to re-write, clarify, and explain their policies, how the various laws work, and so on?
