There are some new updates on what happened and what is happening.

They reflect, I think, an improvement in the situation and clarity about it. But I still have concerns in part because someone has to attempt to be some sort of ombudsman here, and I've nominated myself apparently.

Interestingly, such as it is, he doesn't seem to be on everyone who is bitching about this thing. I just seem to rankle the fucker somehow.
