LJ/6A tries harder and does better.

They still aren't entirely clear though, haven't said sorry and seem not to understand the Internet.

I'm painfully polite. Will it help?

Well, they did reinstate [livejournal.com profile] elaboration. That counts for something, even if it shouldn't have taken mass protests to make it happen.

More than ever, I'm inclined to think my guess about what happened is reasonably likely to be correct. Only if so, how can they possibly still be struggling with it this way?

Was she the one who got banned for the vaguely egon schiele meets chan-ish weasleycest drawing?

That's her. I think she's also the person for whom some anonymous friend had bought a permanent account at the most recent sale. But maybe not: at this point the details are beginning to blur together.

I have to say I'm suprrised to see her back before ponderosa (although maybe podnerosa is back? I'm not sure. there ae numbers at the end of her username I can't remember). Because while ponderosa's thing was quite a bit more graphic, both characters were of pretty clearly legal age. The other pic, I'll be frank, I did find a little squicky, but then again, I feel that way about Egon Schiele too, so hey! But seriously, if they reinstated her, 'd imagine they'd reinstate the other girl too....

It's not clear to me that Pond wants to come back. But I did have the impression that they're talking to her, and that if she does want to be reinstated at this point, they'll figure out a way to do it.

They may have waited too long in general, though. A lot of migrants seem very happy where they are, and very disinclined to trust 6A again for a good long time to come.

With good reason. And IJ has been responsive and increasingly seems like a better deal. Certianly, I'll be unavoidably reading IJ now, and I don't know if I'll ever give 6A another dime. But if they continue on the improving course I may eventually be willing to shut the hell up about all of this, because man, I am BORED. Also? Busy. Like seriously, if Patty had been home this week, there would have been a lot less commentary about all this.

Ponderosa's been really vocal over on her GJ (ponderosa121.greatestjournal.com), but she's not back yet it seems.

I'm still displeased, but this recent post is a really good start, I think.

Say ... hate to be a pest, but didja get my email?

Got it, but it's on the pile of emails that I need to respond to, which is about 20 deep right now. That siad, i'm hoping before I go to SF, but maybe not until I'm back. But it's all good.
