Apparently LJ has decided not to communicae with LJ users because that would reward bad behavior.

I think that's the "no, really, fuck off and stop using our site" message we were waiting for.

Yeah, it's paid, but I pay for everything, even the free stuff, so that was no biggie to me. You can set up contributors and separate discussion journals (like a community), but it would be a small controlled one.

Sounds like you'd be more interested in insanejournal, as its a copy of LJ and has a *very* fast growing community.

Livejournal has its perks. No doubt.
My disgust with their business practices just out weight them for me now. I can't leave LJ completely, but I can minimize my contact by not posting in my journal anymore.

Sadly, what I really desire is something like Vox. I have high doubts that any of my friends will move there, due to it being owned by 6A.
