Live Long and Marry

livelongnmarry is a fandom auction to benefit marriage equality. Bidding begins on July 1, 2008, and closes on July 15, 2008. Offers of items to auction being accepted now.

The auction will raise money for the fight against the California initiative which will legally destroy existing same-sex marriages and ban any further ones. If the initiative passes, it will write discrimination into the state constitution and annul existing marriages between same-gendered couples.

I've got two items in the auction so far: an autographed copy of my book and a chance to comission fanfiction from me in the Torchwood/Doctor Who, Harry Potter or Kushiel's Dart universe.

I wish I had $100 I could spare. I'd hit that "buy it now" on the fic so hard that heads would spin come July 1. But seeing as I'd ask you to write Snape/Peter, it may be a good thing that I don't have $100 right now :x.

Actually not short, kind of tall (or maybe its just because she's so lean that I think of her as taller than she is). For her, it's all about the jacket. She'll be at the Assembly this Saturday, maybe we can harrass her into joining us.
