Every day at 3pm, there is a dancing water fountain show w/music in the olympic park, near the aquarium and the coke museum.
It is AWESOME. Seriously awesome. Jumping jets of water set to the William Tell Overture. When it's done, and you're hotter than blue blazes, you can go play in the fountain.
Trip out to Stone Mountain--it's about an hour's drive, but well worth it.
Lots of nice cute little shops near Emory University.
Aforementioned coke museum and aquarium...the coke museum is actually pretty cool. I liked the room where they play old coke TV ads best. Some of them are stupid, some are bizarre, some are really funny, and some are very avante garde.
