Even if she believes that all people are perfectly balanced no-natural-preferences bisexual (not weirder than believing in creationism, really) -- "choice" would mean that all people are also, if in love at all, at the same time equally in love with two (or more) people of different genders.
How likely is that? About as likely as the moon spontaneously mutating into green cheese tomorrow at quarter past seven, IMO.
