Which is doublespeak for "My book deal fell through."

Five dollar on the table says that both the survey and his lj getting scrubbed were on account of him trying to salvage things with his publisher.

Sadly, controversy sells. I actually think if things had gone slightly differently the Google Fu would have _helped_ his book sales. However, things went the way they went and now there must be hasty work if things are to be saved.
