OMG, body in a suitcase, in my neighborhood! A bit much after an email from a friend last night (who may wish to remain nameless) reporting witnessing both a heart attack in a shop and then finding out there was a murder or suicide that caused a BIG commotion in the apartment building her family lives in.
I really like the new blog - that is one of LJ's weaknesses, that even if you heavily lock and/or filter your LJ, it still doesn't really feel like your own space (at least to me). Having a blog out there in the internet universe is like... well, it's like colonizing your own planet, isn't it? It's completely your space, your territory, your identity.
