New York is such a continually fantastical experience. The subway was broken, so I took the bus, walked up Broadway, and there out of the blue, making it very hard to get to my office, was the end of the Korea Day parade, with people in costumes and floats and marching bands (playing When the Saints Go Marching In), and cops overseeing it all, one of them on a gorgeous and very hot-tempered Arabian that was pratically jumping up and down as it was menaced by a miniature sheep dog. And all of that is now all of what can be heard from my little desk, in my little office, in front of the great big window.
I am taking Tuesday as a vacation day, taping some stuff for my reel in the morning, then going riding, and then picking up the finished product.

I'm futzing about with different material that I want to use, and haven't really solidified on that, although I am definitely using one of the Famous Ghost Monologues, because I love it so much, and always feels good when I do it. Any suggestions, especially if they involve something big and emotional (I've got the market cornered on cold and wry) welcome. Debating putting my Lady Anne on there too.

Trying to find something from Closer that doesn't involve a ton of cursing. May have to resort to using something from Jesus Hopped the A Train that I'm eh about, although I've not looked at in ages.

Solomon and Gaenor remains in the house, because apparently "you will cry all the crying ever" was a winning endorsement for my roomie (well that or "omg so hot!"). I'm hiding from it though. Tonight is Gladiator and sewing, which is, weirdly, the perfect combination for me.
If you are on AOL, and use multiple email identities, they may combine into one thread on Gmail. Hence the person who sent me a message about their services, and a "fake" recommendation from another AOL screenname just got busted.
