So I need to buy a phone card for calling England. I've found there are lots of online websites for this, but does anyone have recommendations because the whole insdustry seems slightly sketchy to me, and somewhat befuddling.

there is a website that I used to buy minutes to call Australia last year on a regular basis. Google under penny for minutes, it was an international calling card. Let me see if I can find it again. It was the cheapest international rate I could find.
