My tests came back entirely normal, which is kind of frightening. I'm waiting for the doctor to call to see what we should do next. I'm scared that this means I'm seriously ill and might never be able to eat anything other than rice again.
It's possible that you've got some sort of late-onset intolerance: gluten, lactose, corn, other? All of those ingredients show up in some pretty sneaky places sometimes. I went a good 2 1/2 months not being able to eat anything but potatos before I was able to get to the doc who finally diagnosed the celiac.
I hope you figure it out soon; I know how miserable it can be.
I don't know much about the lactose bit, but if it turns out to be IBS, it might be useful for you to check out http://www.scdiet.org/. It's one of the places I found a ton of info (IBS was listed as a possibility for me, too) when I was going through my own intestinal hell.
Also (in response to "weird list" comment below), when I finally got to the GI doc and we determined celiac, she said that my weird list of things could be about either hidden ingredients or the fact that my guts were, in essence, just FREAKED OUT at the time, and so anything the least bit difficult to digest was setting it off. I stayed on an incredibly bland diet while clearing my system of wheat, and then once everything had settled down, added a lot of stuff back in, and was fine with it after that.
