I've been trying to avoid coming to this conclusion for about a month, but I think it's unavoidable at this point. I definitely have the common celiac casein sensitivity. Unlike gluten it doesn't cause me pain and neuro stuff, and I can eat some without it being a disaster, but I have to be careful.

I'm so glad you continue to be determined to find food that works for you on all levels, not just based on "what can I eat that won't make me sick" but also what will fulfill you on a soul level. I have friends whose sensitivities and allergies pushed them into the realm of "well, we just eat cuz we have to" and they lost all joy in it.
